Our drivers start from Colindale in north-west London, so a venue in the capital is a short run, not a long-distance booking. We deliver to the loading bay at the time the venue gives you, whether that is ExCeL, Olympia, the Business Design Centre or a hotel conference suite, with one driver and one vehicle on the job from collection to hand-over. Because we run 24/7, we can also collect after the show closes at night and have the kit back at your office before the next working day.
Event Courier
An event courier moves the things an event cannot open without: stand graphics, brochures and giveaways, AV kit, product samples, and the one box that was left behind at the office. We collect within the hour, drive direct and send proof of delivery when it is signed for. Priced by distance from £35 inc VAT, so a last-minute run to the venue costs the same as any other same-day job.
Exhibition Courier
An exhibition courier works to the organiser's timetable, not ours: build-up windows, hall opening hours and breakdown slots. We can deliver to several stands in one run, carry large or awkward items in a van, and wait with the driver until the stand crew is ready to receive. Nationwide venues such as the NEC in Birmingham are covered as a direct run from London; larger loads are quoted on request.

I contacted them at very short notice to transport my vaccines from Croydon to Peterborough, and within about an hour of my enquiry everything was arranged and collected.
The gentleman who collected and delivered them was fantastic. He kept in communication with me throughout the journey and even took pictures at both collection and delivery, which really reassured me that everything was being handled properly.
